How do I know if my NDIS plan funds behaviour support?
Behaviour support is funded under Capacity Building – Improved Relationships. We'll read your plan with you during the free 15-min call and tell you exactly how many hours you have. If it's not yet funded, we'll help you raise it at your next plan review.
What's a Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) and do I need one?
A BSP is a written, evidence-based plan that explains why a behaviour is happening and what to do about it — proactively, not just reactively. It's required under NDIS rules whenever restrictive practices are used.
What about restrictive practices and authorisation?
Our practitioners are trained in the Restrictive Practices Authorisation process. We work alongside families and support workers to reduce and eliminate restrictive practices wherever possible.
Can I see someone this week?
Yes — our North Shore team has capacity right now. Most participants who book a free call this week have their functional assessment scheduled the following week.
What should I bring to the first appointment?
A copy of your NDIS plan (or your participant number), any previous reports, and a short list of the behaviours you'd like help with.
